    In 1990 the 'La Cucina dei Sapori' brand started off as an idea of Giovanni Novellini’s, having already founded a company specialising in meat processing. His desire was to expand his range by producing a quality ragù from prized cuts of meat.
  • 1999

    Giovanni Novellini's enthusiasm led him to create another important innovative food product in the late 1990s, that being broth.
  • 2009

    The company's innovative spirit remained unstoppable and from 2009 onwards, the 'Bravo Giovanni' range of ready meals was added to the existing product line.
  • 2025

    The fresh broth is made in glass bottles, inspired by the traditions of Italian cuisine. It is natural, prepared with fresh vegetables and meat.
