In 1992 the “La Cucina dei Sapori brand started off as an idea developed by Giovanni Novellini, having already founded a company specialising in meat processing. His desire was to expand his product range by producing a quality ragù from prized cuts of meat. Starting off from a single product, many others were to follow, creating an assorted range of fresh, healthy and delicious sauces and condiments: the Condifreschi, representative of Italian cuisine and made using homemade-style traditional methods.
At that time, it was a lesser developed market, while today, his determination over those initial years has happily paid off.
Using our own meats and selecting the finest fresh ingredients, combined with state-of-the-art technology while keeping to “made-at-home” production methods, the first packs of meat and vegetable Brodoè broths were introduced to the Italian market.


Today, the range has expanded to include fish broth, as we continue our research and development of new products!
It was in 2009, ready-made meals were added to existing production lines under the “Bravo Giovanni”, brand name, aimed at both the Italian and international markets.
In 2012, alongside the ready-made first courses, the company began a second course range under the brand name “I cucinati”, hese dishes were created with a commitment to high quality and prepared using the slow vacuum-cooking method.
Today, the company is led by the third generation, represented by sisters Francesca and Valentina Novellini, who work together to carry out ambitious projects while ensuring the highest standards of quality and authenticity in their products!
